Valplast^® is the Registered Trademark of Valplast International Corporation the inventors of Valplast^® Flexible Dentures.

In the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Iceland, RDT Technology Ltd owns the exclusive rights to use the Valplast^® mark for the distribution and sale of Valplast^® products.

• The mark Valplast^® can only be used; to promote dentures manufactured by certified Valplast^® Laboratories, such as those granted permission by RDT Technology Limited in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Iceland.
• The supply of services under the Valplast^® mark, the application of the Valplast^® mark to packaging,
• the importation or use of the mark Valplast^® to describe or promote any plastic ingredients used for the manufacture of prosthetic dental devices or dentures not manufactured by a certified Valplast^® Laboratory is an infringement of RDT Technology Limited’s Trademark rights in the UK, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands.
