Valplast® is the Registered Trademark of Valplast International Corporation the inventors of Valplast® Flexible Dentures. In the UK, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands, RDT Technology Ltd owns the exclusive rights to use the Valplast® mark for the distribution and sale of Valplast® products. The mark Valplast® can only be used; to promote dentures manufactured by certified Valplast® Laboratories, such as those granted permission by RDT Technology Limited in the UK, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands. The supply of services under the Valplast® mark, the application of the Valplast® mark to packaging, the importation or use of the mark Valplast® to describe or promote any plastic ingredients used for the manufacture of prosthetic dental devices or dentures not manufactured by a certified Valplast® Laboratory is an infringement of RDT Technology Limited’s Trademark rights in the UK, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands.
